Payment is required at time of order. Credit card payments are accepted using PayPal Shopping cart. We also take personal checks. Your purchase will be mailed after your check has cleared. Please email us at bcbg@beadcreationsbygaby.com if you decide pay by check. Sales Tax 7.75 % sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to Ohio addresses.
BeadCreations by Gaby offers a 14 day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return merchandise in original condition and original packaging for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note that beaded jewelry is very delicate. If through normal wear and tear your piece becomes damaged, we would be more than happy to repair it. Please e-mail us at bcbg@beadcreationsbygaby.com with a brief description of the damage. We will repair at a nominal fee, but have to add shipping and handling cost. Shortening of any bracelet is complimentary. For lengthening we will charge $ 4.00 per inch.
